This series of work features original color pencil drawings of flowers that were hand drawn from life. The illustrations are then digitally composited against geometric patterns inspired from Islamic art and architecture. Traditionally, these designs use repeating polygons and echo the forms of plants and animals. These patterns also suggest infinity because they seem to extend beyond the borders of the material itself. The contrast between the geometric patterns and the animals and plants seems to alludes to the co-existence of the infinite and the finite in a rich, aesthetically pleasing way.

These greeting cards feature the original color pencil drawings of flowers that were hand drawn from life. The details, texture and form in flowers are captured with the colored pencils. Each composition starts with preliminary sketches and a layout. The drawings are then scanned into the computer and then the composition was digitally reproduced using some of the Photoshop features.

These greeting cards feature original photographs and drawings that inspired me while I was visiting Pakistan. Some of them are based on the scenes from the Murree hills and others are from my home-town of Rawalpindi. The composition combines some of the Photoshop and Illustrator program features.
All these series of cards portray children of Pakistan that show some of the common everyday events. These greeting cards have Eid Greetings printed on the front and inside page and also come with Season Greetings.
